Through our Children’s Services program, we provide specialized supports for children and youth with complex medical, developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. Our Children’s Services include:
- Specialized Foster Care: Providing stable, loving foster homes and a comprehensive team of specialists to support children and youth with complex medical, developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. Services include case management, nursing support, behavior services, training, respite care, and advocacy.
- Community Connections Program: Helping children and families access community-based resources, build social connections, develop life skills, and strengthen support networks that promote greater independence and inclusion.
Together, these programs ensure that children and youth receive the individualized support, meaningful opportunities, and caring relationships they need to succeed both today and in the future.
