Residential

For those seeking a warm, caring home for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and other special needs, UCP Seguin offers community-based options where they can live, work, and socialize with others. We take great pride in providing beautiful, safe homes throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

These homes, called Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs), offer a family-living environment for up to eight adults. All homes feature trained staff to provide individualized support and care to residents with disabilities:

Shift Homes provide around-the-clock care by specialized staff on a rotating basis. Adult Foster Parent homes offer a family-like atmosphere with individuals or families who receive specific training. Our Intermittent CILAs provide greater independence for people with disabilities who need periodic support. Intermittent CILAs also offer respite services throughout Chicagoland.

As with all services, our residential options fulfill UCP Seguin’s mission to enable people with disabilities to achieve their full potential, be more independent, and become integrated into their community.
