Adult Services

At UCP Seguin, we empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, and thrive as valued members of their communities. Through person-centered supports, skill development, employment opportunities, residential services, and community engagement, we help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and enjoy meaningful lives. Guided by our mission of creating life without limits, our Adult Services programs provide the resources, relationships, and support each person needs to reach their fullest potential.

Our Adult Services include:

  • Community Day Services: Providing innovative, person-centered programs that promote independence, skill development, social connections, community participation, volunteer opportunities, and meaningful daily experiences.
  • Residential Services: Offering community-based homes and individualized supports that help adults with disabilities live as independently as possible while receiving the care and assistance they need.
  • Community Employment Services: Helping individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment through career counseling, job placement, training, and ongoing workplace support.
  • Transition Services: Supporting students and young adults as they transition from school to adult life through person-centered planning, skill development, career exploration, community experiences, and connections to employment, day programs, and other adult services.
  • Home-Based Services: Delivering personalized supports for adults who live with family or independently, including service planning, community connections, home modifications, and assistance with daily living skills.
  • Respite Services: Providing flexible support and short-term care for individuals and their families, giving caregivers time to rest, attend to personal responsibilities, and maintain balance while ensuring their loved one continues to receive quality care and meaningful engagement.
  • Social Recreation Club: Creating opportunities for friendship, recreation, community involvement, and personal enrichment through inclusive social activities and events.

Together, these programs help adults with disabilities build independence, pursue their goals, foster meaningful relationships, and live lives filled with opportunity, purpose, and community connection.
