Each holiday season our generous friends at Pacella Trucking purchase a shirt for each UCP Seguin adult participant.
To ensure we order the correct sizes and quantities, we need your help! Please follow the directions below to order shirts for each of your homes/sites.
Shirts are for participants only. Shirts can be ordered for:
- Participants who live in a UCP Seguin home
- Participants who receive Day Services only
- Participants who work in one of our Social Enterprises
- Participants who receive Home Based services
- Participants who live in an ICILA
You can place orders for all locations you supervise, please just check off the locations for which you are ordering.
If you work in Day Services, only place orders for your Day Only participants.
For non-Residential orders, please list names of who you are ordering for.
