Infinitec Grants and Program Administrator
To assist the Infinitec team with technical requirements, supports and outcomes related to grants/contracts and technology services. To design excel workbooks and operate databases with their related functions. Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and track information for budgeting. Develop and generate reports to ensure grant/ contract deliverables are met.
Bachelor Degree required in Business, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience working with excel, grants, and/or filemaker databases. Valid Illinois Driver's License. Vehicle and Proof of auto insurance.
Monday through Friday: regular business/program hours with scheduling flexibility to work variable hours as needed to appropriately carry out duties and responsibilities effectively.
