Welcome to UCP Seguin

United Cerebral Palsy Seguin of Greater Chicago is a charitable not-for-profit agency serving individuals with disabilities in metropolitan Chicago and beyond. To create life without limits for people with disabilities, use FEIN# 36-2894174.

At UCP Seguin, we celebrate people living with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities every day. This March, we hope you will join as we share some of the extraordinary things the people served by UCP Seguin have been doing over the past year. Like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and see what we're up to on Instagram. We will be sharing inspiring stories, fun photos, and ways to get involved all month long.

We have exciting news to share.

United Cerebral Palsy Seguin of Greater Chicago and Envision Unlimited are entering into a strategic partnership that will create a stronger advocate for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and those with mental illness. Working together, we will be able to expand services, serve more individuals and achieve greater effectiveness for the people we support. Our aim is to drive innovation that leads to better opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness. Independently, we are strong, and together we will grow stronger on behalf of the people and families we serve.

As we enter our 10th month tackling the COVID-19 pandemic, UCP Seguin continues to monitor the everchanging situation. Our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of the people with disabilities we serve, their families, our employees, our foster parents, and the public with whom they come in contact.

Can you welcome a child who is medically fragile or has developmental disabilities into your home?

People with disabilities deserve more – they need caregivers who earn a living wage. UCP Seguin is proud to be a part of the They Deserve More Coalition, a statewide collective of families and friends of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, nonprofit community providers, advocacy organizations and more.
