Together we can create life without limits for children and adults with disabilities.
Training will take place on line and you will receive a link for each night of the training on the day of the training. The training will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please log in promptly by 6:00 p.m. You will not be allowed into the training session after 6:15 p.m. If you miss a night, please call your Licensing Representative for a make-up date.

Please report all allegations of Abuse and Neglect of Adults with Disabilities to OIG Hotline at 800-368-1463, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
All allegations should be reported within (4) hours of initial discovery.
Child Abuse and Neglect should be reported to the DCFS Hotline at 800-25-ABUSE (22873).
