Pediatric LPN
DESCRIPTION
Monitor children’s health status, providing support and instructions to Foster Parents regarding the child’s medical regimen.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Illinois LPN license. Preferred minimum of two years of medical work experience, preferably pediatric & developmental disabilities related. Valid Illinois driver’s license. Personal vehicle in working order. Certificate of proof of insurance and maintenance of such at minimum amount of coverage required by law. Preferred, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
WORK SCHEDULE
Variable schedule requiring availability appropriate to changing support needs of person(s) served and their families/foster families. Occasionally and temporarily, may be directed by supervisor to carry and answer the emergency on-call pager.
HOURLY RANGE: $25.50 - $27
