CFC Case Manager Coordinator - Bilingual
DESCRIPTION
To provide effective leadership and coordination of the provision of case management services performed by assigned Referral Case Management Specialists, in a manner that ensures compliance with regulations, policies, procedures and standards set by the Agency and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS); meets the particular service needs of families and children served; to ensure home stability by addressing safety and well-being needs of the family unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s of Social Work degree from an accredited school of social work or an equivalent Master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited school, as defined by DCFS. Minimum of two years of professional work experience in a social work setting, in the field of child welfare, of which includes, a minimum of 1 year of DCFS case management experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Valid IL Driver's License and Insurance.
WORK SCHEDULE
Primarily regular Monday through Friday business/program hours with scheduling flexibility to work variable hours as needed to effectively carry out duties and responsibilities. Is available at all times (24/7) to maintain on-call availability as needed to ensure appropriate response to emergencies / crises of persons served or as necessary for service provision
SALARY: $66,000 - $70,000
