Behavior Technician
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for collecting information regarding persons who are displaying maladaptive behavior, help write the functional assessment and behavior protocol; begin implementing behavior programs and training staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Six months successful work/volunteer experience with persons with developmental disabilities preferred. Posses or acquire within first ninety days of employment, self-administration of medication , defensive driving, first aide and C.P.R., updating as required by licensing agency. Valid Illinois driver’s license with proof of current vehicle insurance.
STARTING RATE: $20.75
Additional compensation for experience & Education:
- 2-3 Years fulltime related + $0.25
- 4+ Years fulltime related + $0.50
- Associates or 48+ college credit hours + $0.25
- Bachelors Degree + $0.50
