Staff Development Coordinator

Develops, acquires, revises, coordinates and implements staff  academic training programs, specialized staff training, supervisory training and on-going continuing education appropriate to maximize their professional and personal growth in order to develop the best staff resources to meet the needs of persons served and their families; Maintains all records of training and prepares all training reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Education/Training or related field. Minimum of one year of successful work experience training/teaching and with working with persons with disabilities. Certified First Aid/C.P.R. Trainer

Primarily, Monday through Friday business hours to meet the needs of the department.
