DESCRIPTION
Seguin’s Auto Marketplace was created as a small, entrepreneurial business venture to create community integrated job opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities and other low income individuals living in the community, in a manner which will also benefits the economic developoment of our community and creates additional revenue sources for the enhancement of the services UCP Seguin provides to its consumers.
Provide visionary leadership and program management to realize the mission and goals of Seguin’s Auto Marketplace noted above, in a manner that promotes the community integrated employment opportunities for Agency consumers, ensures sales goals are met and associated sales costs are managed to ensure the continued profitability of the enterprise and compliance with Agency and legal requirements governing the business.
Ensure the effective management, development, and marketing of all car wash sales through SeguinWorks Auto MarketPlace. Coordinate sales distributions. Analyze sales to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customer. Ensures all documentation associated with sales and client payroll is completed accurately and in a timely fashion. Ensures appropriate instruction of project steps to staff and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or BA in business management/communications or marketing preferred. Customer service and auto detailing/ sales experience preferred. Two years of successful work experience in auto detailing services or related field and progressively responsible experience in small/mid size business management preferred. Minimum of one year successful work experience with persons with developmental disabilities preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Preferred. Valid Driver’s license, and Vehicle with Proof of Insurance.
Salary Range: $46,750 - $50,750
