 ts a sexual education framework that centers consent\, knowledge of the hu
 man body\, sexual safety\, and a reinforcement-centric conceptualization o
 f human sexuality. Attendees will be equipped with scientifically accurate
  sexual health information that is affirming of all individuals\, and will
  have practice opportunities to conceptualize and tailor this information 
 in ways which may benefit clients they serve. Additionally\, transgender a
 nd gender nonconforming identities have gained increasing visibility withi
 n recent years\, and gender plays a significant role in how social interac
 tions are constructed for people of all gender identities. This training p
 rovides an overview of key concepts and social practices related to gender
  as well as ways that the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code 
 addresses gender and sexuality. The instructors will facilitate a nonjudgm
 ental space for participants to ask questions\, explore new content\, and 
 brainstorm ways to build gender- and sexuality-affirming practices in thei
 r interactions with clients\, staff\, and others. Empirically supported li
 terature and data will be presented where applicable and available.
