Level II Behavior Tech
To monitor service operations of shift-staffed CILA homes, during weekends and late evening, in order to identify service quality /safety problems, respond to/deescalate behavioral crisis, propose remedies, reinforce procedural compliance, provide on-site training and staff development support as needed to maximize service quality and safety; utilizing all applicable licensing standards and “best practice” procedures as guidelines.
Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Education/Training, Counseling or Social Work. Minimum of two years of successful work experience working with persons with Developmental Disabilities, with at least 1 year of professional/management experience preferred.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10 am - 6pm, Thursday 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. Off on Sunday & Monday. On call pager every 3 weeks rotation on Sundays (carries pager during these hours).
